Step by step...

The key to a well done bun is to make sure it is at the crown of your head and is flat like pancake.

What you'll need: comb, hair brush, hairspray, hair elastics, hair pins, bobby pins, hair net

  1. Comb through your hair to make sure there are no knots.

  2. Spray your hair with hairspray, making sure it isn't too thick and is evenly dispersed.

  3. Create a high ponytail by slowing combing the hair and gradually adding the sections together in one hand to make sure there are as few bumps as possible.

  4. Finish your high ponytail with an elastic.

  5. Twist the hair vertically and then slowly make a bun using the base of the ponytail as the centre

  6. As you twist the hair around to create the bun, begin to pin down the hair.

  7. Finally, once you have created your bun, place a hairnet on top of the bun, press the bun down to flatten it, and add a few more pins to keep the bun flat and the hair net in place.
